Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2001-2005.
Dot Hill's president and chief executive officer, Dana Kammersgard credits the company's culture of responsiveness and its strategic focus on OEM customers with the company's 315.4 percent revenue growth from 2001-2005.

Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.
