MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JER Investors Trust Inc. announced that its Board of Directors approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2006. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2006 to shareholders of record on September 29, 2006. The $.40 per share dividend represents an increase of $0.04 per share, or 11.1%, over the prior quarter's dividend of $0.36 per share.
