Zaio Expands into 26 Largest U.S. Cities


CALGARY, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zaio Corporation (TSX:ZAO) announced today its meeting schedule in 26 of the nation's largest metro areas, to kick off its expansion to those cities and their surrounding suburbs.

These meetings allow Zaio to partner with local real estate appraisers throughout the USA. Zaio provides appraisers with software and an exclusive geographic territory known as a Zone. The number of software licenses and Zone territories available in each city is limited. The software and training provided by Zaio allows an appraiser to very efficiently inspect and appraise virtually every home in a city. By using the Zaio software, each appraiser is able to correct and improve property record data and compile a highly accurate site verified database of information for every home, which leads to a significant improvement in the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of appraisals.

Zaio's ultimate goal is to photograph and appraise virtually every home in the nation's 250 largest cities. Appraisers are currently investing $8,250 to acquire Zaio Zone rights. Their investment is a resalable asset and Zaio provides them with a complete photo database, parcel data for their properties, training and protected revenue sharing rights as their site verified data and values are marketed. Approved appraisers become the expert for a specific geographic area and future revenue sharing from recurring data sales compliments their current appraisal income. The pre-appraisal process is also an effective solution to other appraisal industry issues. Third party financing is available to credit worthy appraisers allowing them to make monthly payments of about $300 per month.

In addition, appraisers interested in acquiring 10 or more Zones in advance of a meeting can do so by contacting Brad Stinson. It is important to note that Zones & Appraisal Licenses are sold on a first come first served basis, so those appraisers in attendance at the first meeting in each city, will have a wider selection of geographic zones from which to chose. In the second meeting in each city Zaio begins to provide its training and sells any remaining Zones. The meeting dates, which are subject to change, are as follows:
