(the"Company") (TSX Venture: GL) is pleased to announce that its common shares will be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the"TSX"), the senior equity trading market in Canada, effective at the opening of trading, on Monday, October 2, 2006. Following the close of trading on September 29, 2006, the common shares of the Company will cease to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company's trading symbol ("GL") and CUSIP number (38114L106) will remain the same.
