GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., (Red Robin), will open its 10th Illinois restaurant in Edwardsville on Monday, Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. The Edwardsville Red Robin(R) restaurant is located at 6699 Edwardsville Crossing Drive, next to Dierberg's. Red Robin is a casual dining restaurant chain focused on serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere.
As part of its grand opening celebration, Red Robin will donate 50 cents from every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, Oct. 30 to Nov. 5, to the Edwardsville Fire Department. The money raised will help support the fire department's Mobile Intensive Care System Trust Fund.
"On behalf of the Edwardsville Fire Department, I would like to thank Red Robin for choosing to support us during its opening week celebration," said Brian Wilson, chief of the Edwardsville Fire Department. "This donation will help our paramedic services team save lives in the community."

The 6,350 square foot Edwardsville Red Robin restaurant will seat 212 guests with additional seating on the patio, and will be 100 percent smoke-free. Red Robin has nine additional restaurants in Illinois including four corporate-owned locations in Rockford, Bolingbrook, Oswego and Plainfield, and five restaurants operating under franchise or license agreements in Algonquin, Warrenville, Lincolnshire, Wheaton and Schaumburg.
