JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. announced today that it has engaged J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC and Wachovia Securities LLC to act as lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the refinancing of its existing senior secured credit facilities, under which there is currently $2.7 billion outstanding. The new $3.1 billion of facilities will consist of a $1.0 billion 5-year unsecured revolving credit facility and a $2.1 billion 5-year unsecured amortizing term loan facility.
