CSU Elects New TeleSystem and Credit&Risk CEO


SAO PAULO, Brazil, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSU CardSystem S.A. (BOVESPA: CARD3) (PORTAL: CSURY), a leading independent provider in the market of outsourced credit card administration services, announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting on November 1, 2006, elected Mr. Jin Whan Oh as CEO of the TeleSystem and Credit&Risk business units, specializing in collection and credit analysis services and call center management and operations.

Jin returns to CSU after having been CEO of several renowned companies, having been responsible for important restructurings, strategic repositionings and business expansions. During his career he also acted as CEO for Medial Saude and CFO for Credicard.

Jin has already been CEO of MarketSystem and Director of Credit&Risk at CSU, helping to structure the latter since its start-up.

Jin, 43 years old, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo (USP FEA/IPE), and was senior professor for courses such as "Operations Research" and "Project and Investment Analysis". Currently, he's in the council of the Conselho Regional de Economia.

CSU CardSystem has appointed him to accelerate the strategic advances and commercial restructuring process of these two Units, as to consolidate the business's growth rate and customer loyalty.

The Company manages many different types of electronic payment services and its card base is comprised of approximately 10.1 million cards (including credit cards, private label cards and vouchers).
