Cyberview Technology, a leading provider of secure server-based downloadable technology for the gaming industry, will develop casino games based on three successful 20th Century Fox films starring Oscar-winner Michael Douglas under license agreements in association with Legends & Icons. Headquartered in California, Legends & Icons is led by Joel A. Douglas of the legendary movie family and entertainment industry executive, Michael H. Moore. The games will be based on the three box-office sensations starring Michael Douglas """Wall Street©,""Romancing the Stone©" and "The Jewel of the Nile©." As part of the arrangement, 20th Century Fox has licensed to the company certain rights and assets of the movies for the slot game development.

The Legends & Icons agreement allows Cyberview to utilize rights to certain trademarks and/or copyrights for various motion pictures, likenesses, and other entertainment to create games on its gaming system platform worldwide. The new trio join two previous games developed under agreements with Legends & Icons and will be the latest in the company's growing library of "downloadable" games for its innovative server-based system. The first two games were based on the quintessential betting movie, "Guys & Dolls" and "The Vikings" starring Kirk Douglas.
