(BULLETIN BOARD: RPRN) , an electronics manufacturing services company, announced today that it has had discussions with certain of its Senior Secured Noteholders regarding a potential privately negotiated purchase of their Senior Secured Notes. The Company has retained Jefferies Broadview, a division of Jefferies & Co. Incorporated, as its financial advisor in connection with these activities. These discussions are continuing. No agreements have been reached and there can be no assurance that any such transaction will be consummated.
