FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- XTO Energy Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its quarterly cash dividend by 20% to 9 cents per share, up from 7.5 cents per share, effective immediately.

The dividend is payable on January 15, 2007 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2006.
