WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Danaher Corporation announced today that the offer period for its tender offer to acquire all of the shares of Vision Systems Limited has been extended and is now scheduled to close at 7:00pm (Melbourne time) on December 8, 2006. As previously announced, the offer is unconditional and payment is dispatched to accepting shareholders within 5 business days after the shares are tendered. Danaher currently owns approximately 63.6% of the outstanding Vision shares.
