General Dynamics Information Technology Receives GSA Excellence in Partnership Award


FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- General Dynamics Information Technology was named "Most Valuable Schedule Contractor" by the Coalition for Government Procurement, Federal Times and the General Services Administration (GSA) as part of the 2006 Excellence in Partnership Awards program on November 13. General Dynamics Information Technology is a business unit of General Dynamics .

The Excellence in Partnership Awards recognize people and organizations that have significantly contributed to the promotion and utilization of the GSA Schedules program, which uses long-term contracts to provide access to supplies and services via the GSA's online shopping and ordering system. The Most Valuable Schedule Contractor award honors the schedule contractor that has worked vigorously to promote the schedules program and that has an exceptional reputation of working with GSA as well as serving the customer's needs.

General Dynamics supports GSA's GWAC program through the ANSWER and Millennia Lite contracts.
