NAPLES, Fla., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Health Management Associates, Inc. announced today that its senior management will give a presentation at the Merrill Lynch Health Services Investor Conference to be held November 28-29, 2006, at The Waldorf=Astoria in New York City.

HMA owns and operates general acute care hospitals in non-urban communities located throughout the United States.
