The move centralizes management of the Company's operations and reflects its ongoing business strategy of acquiring and developing oil and gas properties across the United States. Furthermore, the Company expects to benefit from greater access to financial and intellectual resources available to the oil and gas industry in Houston. Michael C. Linn, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Linn Energy, will spend a majority of his time with Kolja Rockov, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Mark E. Ellis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, in the new Houston corporate headquarters.
