As previously announced on November 15, 2006, management is discussing a potential financing with a group of existing lenders and stakeholders as well as other financing initiatives, following a review of the Company's cash requirements for the coming months. "Discussions are continuing and we remain committed to strengthening SR Telecom's financial position. The date for the release of our third quarter results will be announced as soon this process is completed," stated Serge Fortin, President and CEO.
