VIENNA, Va., Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Convera Corporation , a leading provider of search technologies for professional workers, has named Matthew G. Jones its chief financial officer (CFO), treasurer and secretary. Jones had been serving as acting CFO, treasurer and secretary since July.
Jones brings more than twenty years of financial, strategic and business leadership to Convera. He has contributed to the accelerated growth and profitability of public and private companies across numerous industries including software development, government contracting, publishing and technology services.
