LAFAYETTE, La., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IBERIABANK Corporation , the holding company of IBERIABANK (http://www.iberiabank.com/ ), is pleased to announce that Anthony Restel has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Restel, currently Chief Financial Officer, will maintain his current responsibilities.

Restel joined IBERIABANK in 2001 as Treasurer for the organization. Prior to joining IBERIABANK, he served as Vice President of the Energy and Utilities Group as a Commercial Lending Officer for Bank One Louisiana. He began his banking career with First National Bank of Commerce in New Orleans as part of the Corporate Banking team in the Energy Group.
Restel is taking over Michael Brown's role as Chief Credit Officer, as Brown takes on management of the Arkansas franchise and all of the markets of IBERIABANK Corporation.
