Integra Bank Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Prairie Financial Corporation of Bridgeview, Illinois. Prairie is a 15 year old, privately-held, community bank with five locations -- four in the southwest corridor of the Chicago MSA and one in Chicago.
