MINNEAPOLIS (AFX) - Medical device maker Vascular Therapeutics Inc. said Monday the Food and Drug Administration approved its InnerChange micro introducer catheter, used in surgery.
The InnerChange kit allows physicians to perform diagnostic angiograms using one micro-access needle stick, the company said. It plans on launching the product through its U.S. sales force.
Shares of Vascular Solutions rose 13 cents to close at $9 on the Nasdaq.
