Costa Mesa, California-based Resources Global Professionals has appointed Jim Stearrett, 45, as the new Director in Mexico. Stearrett will be working from the Tijuana office and manage operations in all areas of Mexico.

Stearrett, who is bilingual, previously served as a Resources Associate focusing on clients' Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives. Before joining the company in 2005, Stearrett was a manager with Ernst & Young's San Diego office. Previously, he worked for three years with Deloitte, and has also served as a controller for a company in Costa Rica, and as a consultant on projects that included travel throughout Latin America.
Led by Stearrett and overseen by Joni Noel, Managing Director of Resources' San Diego office, Resources Mexico is recruiting accomplished and talented professionals to serve as Associates in Tijuana and Mexico City and has commenced business development activities there.
