(the "Company") will license its state-of-the-art medical decision support technology for inclusion in Chartware Inc.'s (Sonoma County, CA) physician-office-based electronic medical record. At the same time, Chartware will license its unique note-generating interface for use in clinical information systems marketed by VisualMED Clinical Solutions Corp.
The alliance allows Visual Healthcare technologies to gain access to a market segment comprising small local practices, which currently accounts for two thirds of ambulatory medical offices in the US.
