Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter Results


WEST CHESTER, Pa., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. , a leading operator of private preschools, elementary schools, and middle schools, today announced that its results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 (fiscal second quarter) and first six months of fiscal 2007 will be released at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, Thursday, February 8, 2007. A copy of the earnings release will be available on the investor relations portion of the Company's website at: http://www.nobellearning.com/.

George Bernstein, President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Frank, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Lee Bohs, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, will host a conference call beginning 11:00 AM Eastern time, on Thursday, February 8, 2007 to discuss second quarter and first six months of 2007 results and conduct a question and answer session.
