Lojas Renner Announces 2006 Net Sales of R$ 1,436.1 Million and EBITDA of R$ 184.4 Million

2006 HIGHLIGHTS * Net sales reported a year-on-year growth of 26.4% totaling R$ 1,436.1 million. Gross profit followed the same trend by posting R$ 655.3 million, with gross margin of 45.6% in the period. * EBITDA for the year reached R$ 184.4 million, a growth of 29.4% over R$ 142.5 million for the preceding year. The EBITDA Margin increased from 12.5% in 2005 to 12.8% in 2006. * Lojas Renner reached a nationwide footprint of 81 units, with 15 inaugurations throughout the year. * The Renner Card accounted for 71.3% of total Company sales in 2006. The Company posted a total of 10.3 million cards issued with an average ticket of R$ 103.84. * Together, interest on equity paid in July and December and the proposed dividends, subject to approval at the OSM, will total R$ 74.1 million, corresponding to 75% of adjusted net income.
