NEW YORK, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Cascade Corp. will replace ElkCorp in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. ElkCorp is being acquired by Building Materials Corporation of America in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
