TORONTO, March 23, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunrise Senior Living Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sunrise REIT") (TSX:SZR.UN) announced today that the Ontario Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeals of Sunrise REIT and Health Care Property Investors, Inc. ("HCP") from the Decision of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice involving, among others, Sunrise REIT, Ventas, Inc., HCP, and Sunrise Senior Living, Inc.
