Commercial Vehicle Group Announces New Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications


NEW ALBANY, Ohio, March 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. announced today that John M. Hyre has joined CVG as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

Hyre will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of CVG's investor and shareholder communications. He will also manage media relations and crisis communications for the Company. In addition, he will oversee the coordination and integration of CVG's internal and marketing communications with its corporate and financial communications efforts.

Hyre has more than 35 years experience in investor relations and corporate communications, as well as a background in both print and broadcast journalism. Before joining CVG, he served as Senior Vice President at Dix & Eaton, a national investor relations and corporate communications counseling firm located in Cleveland, Ohio, where he worked with clients across the United States. Prior to that, he held various investor relations and corporate communications positions at Roadway Corporation.

John has also served on several advisory boards and committees, including the Federal Department of Transportation's Image Advisory Committee, Computershare's Client Advisory Board and the American Trucking Association's Communications and Image Policy Committee.
