HAIFA, Israel, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elbit Systems Ltd. (the "Company") announced today that further to its announcement of March 20, 2007 regarding the issue of cash tender offer to acquire the balance of the ordinary shares of Tadiran Communications Ltd. ("Tadiran"), it has modified the tender offer.
According to the modification, the Company increase the price for the Tadiran shares from a price of New Israeli Shekel 186 per share, to a final price of New Israeli Shekel 210 (approximately $51.60) per share, and the tender offer period was extended until April 26, 2007.
