HOUSTON, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Noble Energy, Inc.'s board of directors declared today an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to 12 cents per common share, payable May 21, 2007 to the shareholders of record on May 7, 2007. Prior to this increase, Noble Energy had been paying a quarterly cash dividend of 7.5 cents per common share.
