Griffin, Chairman of the Board, noting the continued excellent performance of the Company, announced that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable to all shareholders of record as of the close of business May 4, 2007. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders on or about May 11, 2007. The previous quarterly dividend was $0.49 per share.
