The Wisconsin Energy board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable June 1, 2007, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2007.

Also today, the board of directors of Wisconsin Electric Power Co. declared a quarterly dividend of 90 cents a share on the Preferred Stock, 3.60% Series, payable on June 1, 2007, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2007. The board further declared a quarterly dividend of $1.50 a share on the Six Per Cent. Preferred Stock payable on July 31, 2007, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2007.
