HUNTINGTON, W.Va, May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Champion Industries, Inc. today announced that it will hold a conference call on Thursday May 31, 2007 to discuss the Company's financial results for the 2nd quarter and six months ended April 30, 2007. The Company's financial results for the quarter and six months will be released after the market's close on Wednesday May 30, 2007.
In addition, the Board of Directors announced the declaration of the Company's quarterly dividend of six cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on June 18, 2007, to shareholders of record on June 8, 2007.
