The Company's financial results for the quarter and six months will be released after the market's close on Wednesday May 30, 2007.
In addition, the Board of Directors announced the declaration of the Company's quarterly dividend of six cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on June 18, 2007, to shareholders of record on June 8, 2007.
