TLC Makes Three Brides an Offer They Can't Refuse in the WHAT Not TO WEAR: WEDDING SPECTACULAR

SILVER SPRING, Md., May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Summer is here and wedding bells are ringing for women all around the country. However, before they can walk down the aisle, every bride needs the perfect dress. Finally after five seasons of helping women find the perfect outfit for just about every occasion, TLC's highly rated WHAT NOT TO WEAR tackles the biggest fashion day in a woman's life. America's favorite stylists Stacy London and Clinton Kelly - along with their sensational hair and makeup wizards Nick Arrojo and Carmindy - tackle weddings in TLC's WHAT NOT TO WEAR: WEDDING SPECTACULAR premiering Friday, June 8 at 9 PM (ET/PT).

In this special edition of WHAT NOT TO WEAR, Stacy and Clinton invade a wedding expo in New York City and ambush three brides-to-be in the throws of planning their wedding. At the expo the sultans of style offer the brides complete makeovers for their big day and even manage to invite themselves to the nuptials to oversee the transformation. Each bride has a different idea for their big day, but all want to look stunning. Each wedding has a different mood, including a beach wedding, a traditional wedding and an outdoor wedding on a nature preserve.

Crystal, of Gulf Breeze, Florida, is the office manager at her fiance Jon's medical practice. The two are having an intimate beach wedding which poses quite unique challenges since Crystal is only 4'11. Meghan of Elgin, Illinois, is a marketing assistant and her fiance Michael is a support center analyst. They are having their wedding at a nature preserve just outside of Chicago, IL in a gazebo on a lake. Cristina of Chicago, Illinois, is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan. Her fiance David is an Internal Medicine Resident. The two have planned a white wedding with touches of Columbian traditions and a Catholic ceremony.

It's up to Stacy and Clinton to work their fashion magic and help each bride find the perfect dress.

WHAT NOT TO WEAR receives more than 10,000 submissions a month, from people all over the country, who nominate their friends and family members for a style intervention. Fashion mavens Stacy London and Clinton Kelly have appeared on numerous shows and in countless magazines and newspapers, including Oprah, Access Hollywood, Glamour, People Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and more, teaching the country the do's and do not's of fashion. Hair and beauty experts Nick Arrojo and Carmindy are extremely sought after, working their wonders on celebrities around the world and appearing in magazines such as Elle, Allure, InStyle, Cosmopolitan and others.

WHAT NOT TO WEAR is produced by BBC Production USA for TLC. Abigail Harvey is the executive producer and Dean Slotar is the series producer for the BBC. Pamela Deutsch is the executive producer for TLC.
