First National Bank of Pennsylvania Appoints Chief Marketing Officer


HERMITAGE, Pa., May 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Susan B. Bergen-Painter has joined First National Bank of Pennsylvania as Senior Vice President - Chief Marketing Officer. In this position she will be responsible for development and direction of the Bank's strategic marketing initiatives in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida, as well as for marketing initiatives of the other subsidiaries of F.N.B. Corporation . She reports to Jonathan Roberts, Executive Vice President for Retail Banking for First National Bank.

Ms. Bergen-Painter comes to First National Bank from Elizabethtown, PA, where she was Executive Vice President - Marketing for First National Bank of Chester County. She has over seventeen years of diverse financial marketing experience, having worked with both small community banks as well as large regional banks. She is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional with executive leadership experience in strategic planning, marketing planning across all business lines, organizational development, corporate communications, shareholder communications, CRM strategies, branch and alternative delivery channel planning, and customer profitability strategies.

A Cum Laude graduate of Millersville (PA) University, Ms. Bergen-Painter holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She is actively involved with the American Banker's Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, where she serves as a member of the Board and faculty, and from which she was an honors graduate.
