NEW YORK, June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Big 5 Sporting Goods Corp. will replace Kronos Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Kronos is being acquired by Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners VI, L.P. in a deal that is still pending final approvals.
