The magazine surveyed 1,000 corporations in various industries across the nation to determine the effectiveness of their diversity practices. Each company's efforts were analyzed using four key areas of measurement: suppliers, senior management, workforce and corporate board diversity.
In each of these measurement areas, WGL Holdings was named among the top 15 performers.
