NEW YORK, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Watchers International, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share. This quarterly dividend will be payable on July 13, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2007.
