LISLE, IL, June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Systems Xcellence Inc. ("SXC" or the "Company") , a leading provider of pharmacy benefits management ("PBM") services, has been made aware of a potential award to SXC Health Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, of a multi-year contract.
There is no assurance as to when, if at all, a contract will be awarded to the Company. The Company estimates that the contract would result in aggregate revenues to the Company of approximately $27 million, if all options are exercised, over a four year period. Further details of the anticipated contract will be available if executed.
