FORT MYERS, Fla., June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NEOM) today announced the resignation of David A. Dodge as vice president and CFO, and that J. Scott Womble, the company's Corporate Controller, has assumed the role of interim CFO.
The Company also said that A. Hayes Barclay resigned from the board of directors, effective July 11, 2007. Mr. Barclay has served as a member of the board since 1996. He will be replaced by Chip Hoffman, who was named CEO earlier this month.
