Score One to Organize Due Diligence Visit for Shenyang Major Developer


HONG KONG, July 6 /Xinhau-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Score One Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SREA) announced today that it is organizing a due diligence trip in mid-July for Shenyang Paliburg Plaza Limited ("SPPL"), a major real estate developer for the potential cooperation of the development of Dalian Fengming International Recreation Town Phase II ("Recreation Town"). This due diligence trip will include an on-site visit of the 1,000,000 square meters piece of undeveloped land for Recreation Town development as well as an in-depth analysis on the neighboring transportation network.
