HOUSTON, July 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Copano Energy, L.L.C. announced today a cash distribution for the second quarter of 2007 of $0.44 per unit, or $1.76 per unit on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding Common Units. This distribution is Copano's second distribution following its March 30, 2007 two-for-one unit split and is $0.02 above its distribution of $0.42 per unit for the first quarter of 2007. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2007, to holders of record of Common Units at the close of business on August 1, 2007.
