MADISON, N.J., July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wyeth announced today that the jury in the case of Lisa Dean v. Wyeth in U.S. District Court found in favor of Wyeth. The trial began on July 16, 2007 before The Honorable E. Richard Webber of the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri. The plaintiff was represented by the Carey & Danis law firm of St. Louis, Missouri.
