SALISBURY, Md., July 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Navtrak, Inc., a leading provider of GPS-based and Web-enabled resource management solutions to commercial fleets, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with InfoLogix, Inc. whereby InfoLogix will incorporate Navtrak products and services into its growing suite of enterprise mobility solutions.

Navtrak has emerged as a leader in the rapidly growing wireless asset management sector, providing GPS-based vehicle tracking services for regional fleets of 50 to 1,000 vehicles. Focusing primarily on field service and pickup and delivery companies, Navtrak leverages the latest in GPS, wireless and Internet technologies to improve mobile workforce efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer service.

"Navtrak's mission has always been to help mobile workforce organizations to be more efficient and productive, enabling them to grow their business," said Jim Duncan, President of Navtrak. "The combination of InfoLogix's unique ability to provide complete 'single source' mobility solutions, together with the advanced capabilities of Navtrak's GPS-based resource management services, will provide the comprehensive, integrated, easy-to-manage mobile enterprise solution that service and delivery companies have been looking for," Duncan said.

InfoLogix is a leading technology provider of wireless and RFID based intelligence solutions that enable the mobile enterprise, including logistics solutions for retail, warehouse, transportation and delivery. Adding the ability to track and locate fleet-based assets in real-time to their growing suite of professional services will further broaden the scope of their end-to- end enterprise mobility solution offering.

"The mobility needs of fleet-based organizations are unique, and we believe that rather than using a 'one size fits all' approach, these organizations should be empowered with solutions that are customized for their specific needs," says Steven Salvitti, Vice President of Enterprise Mobility Solutions at InfoLogix. "Our partnership with Navtrak and their extensive expertise in GPS tracking systems enables us to offer a new, comprehensive mobility solution to existing and prospective customers which mirrors the way fleet management does business."

Navtrak's partnership with InfoLogix will create a product offering for the commercial supply chain that provides a comprehensive suite of enterprise mobility solutions -- ranging from inventory and work order tracking, to signature capture, automated dispatching/scheduling and more.
