WESTLAKE, Ohio, July 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nordson Corporation today announced that it has received a 2007 Governor's Excellence in Exporting Award from the Ohio Department of Development.
The "E" Awards program recognizes companies and organizations that have demonstrated outstanding performance in exporting or heightened awareness of exporting as a vital component of Ohio's economy.
Nordson's products are exported to 57 countries and the company has direct operations in 30 countries.
Governor Ted Strickland presented Nordson with the award during a ceremony held at the Statehouse Atrium in Columbus on July 18.
