These services include a 13-site ILAN (Integrated local area network) and a 100 Mbps connection between the company's data center and its disaster recovery site. Burnett Staffing Solutions provides a full line of staffing solutions supporting accounting, financial, administrative engineering, human resources, information technology and legal support throughout Texas.

This multi-city deployment of Time Warner Telecom's ILAN networking solution is one of the first to include the city of El Paso. El Paso became one of the company's newest markets with the completion of Xspedius Communication acquisition in late 2006.

Extremely poor performance from the company's previous telecommunications vendor prompted Burnett Staffing to begin a search for a new provider. "We had huge issues with our former provider getting them to do anything for us," added Hoffman.
"True to form, our former telecom provider cut service two hours before the agreed upon time," recounted Hoffman. "I called our Time Warner Telecom rep and instead of being down for two hours, he was able to get us ported over and in operation in 10 minutes. That was a great start to our relationship and we've been satisfied ever since."
In addition to Burnett Staffing Specialists VoIP deployment, the company contracted for a 100 Mbps connections in support of its business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. Due to this capability the Burnett Staffing now operates a capability where all data in its main data facility is simultaneously mirrored on servers in is BC/DR site, thus ensuring seamless access to data in the event of a power failure or other such disaster.,
