MILWAUKEE, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Midwest Air Group , parent company of Midwest Airlines, today said that it has received a letter from AirTran Holdings, Inc. indicating that AirTran was increasing its offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Midwest.
The board will take AirTran's revised offer under consideration.
