May, Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations, is leaving the company to pursue other business opportunities. Todd Filsinger will immediately assume the position of Interim Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations. Mr. May will be available through the middle of September to ensure a smooth transition.

Todd Filsinger, Managing Partner with PA Consulting Group, has experience in the electric utility industry spanning over 20 years. In addition to the interim Calpine role, Mr. Filsinger will retain his current responsibilities as a member of PA's Management Group and as the Head of the Global Energy Practice.
