First Financial Bank Announces Plans for Third Granbury Location

GRANBURY, Texas, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Financial Bank, a subsidiary of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. , has announced plans to build a third branch office in the Granbury area, to be located at 2915 Fall Creek Highway in Acton. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on August 28 at the site.

"The decision to build a third location in the Granbury area was driven by the bank's desire to provide additional convenient locations to serve all of the bank's customers in the growing Granbury area," said Bart Rodgers, Granbury President for First Financial Bank. "Continued support from our loyal customers and a growing clientele has made this expansion possible. In addition to traditional bank services, we will also offer a complete array of mortgage loan and trust services."

The building will be 3,500 square feet and will have six drive-thru lanes as well as an additional drive-up ATM for greater customer convenience and faster transaction times. The bank anticipates hiring six new associates to staff the new location. A March 2008 opening is anticipated.
