New member of the Executive Committee of TDC A/S

Copenhagen - The Board of Directors has appointed Jesper Theill Eriksen as
member of the Executive Committee of TDC A/S with responsibility for HR and
Group Staff functions with effect as of today. Jesper Theill Eriksen succeeds
Henriette Fenger Ellekrog, who leaves TDC by the end of September 2007.

Jesper Theill Eriksen, aged 39, Master of Law, has been with TDC since 1996. In
January 2004 he was appointed CEO of TDC's former subsidiary Bité in Lithuania,
in January 2006 he was appointed CEO of TDC's subsidiary TDC Switzerland and
since November 2006 he has been CEO of TDC Mobile International A/S.

As from today the Executive Committee of TDC A/S consists of Chief Executive
Officer and President Jens Alder; Chief Financial Officer Hans Munk Nielsen;
Director, Fixnet Nordic, Carsten Dilling; Director, Mobile Nordic, Mads
Middelboe; Director, Business Nordic, Klaus Pedersen; Group Strategy Officer
Eva Berneke and Director, HR and Group Staff functions, Jesper Theill Eriksen.
