COPPELL, Texas, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Craftmade International, Inc. announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company declared its first quarter cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2007 to holders of record on September 28, 2007.
