THE League Magazine, (formerly Latin Television, Inc.) (Pink Sheets:LTVI) has officially begun trading under its new trading symbol TLGP (Pinks).
On August 14, 2007, the Company completed a sale of all of the broadcasting and related assets to Stratus Entertainment Inc, now doing business as Latin Television, Inc(OTC:BB:LTVS).
The sale completes the restructuring of the Company as it changes its core business from broadcasting to the Hispanic market, and instead redirects its focus to a sports publication enterprise.
The effective date of the symbol change to TLGP was September 7, 2007, therefore, commencing Monday September 10, 2007, the Company will be trading under the new symbol (Pinks: TLGP), with a new CUSIP Number- 87243D 105, and ISIN Number - US87243D1054.
Vince Cooper, Managing Editor of THE League, and CEO, stated, "We are ready to break out in the world of sports publishing. The old symbol was the final link to the old company and its business model. We certainly wish the folks at Latin Television the best and know that they will do well; however, it is now time for us to break free of the past and to move into our future".
